Our goal is to empower kids and youth through physical
fitness. Classes will focus on improving:

- Kids will have a great workout
while having fun riding on tunes of music which appeals to
their group age. Indoor cycling is for all fitness level. –
Inseam must be 30” to fit on bikes.
- Kids will be introduced to the world of
yoga and take advantage of its benefits. Yoga poses develop
the strength, flexibility, and coordination skills that help
to prevent injury during sports or other physical
activities. The steady poses free the mind of disturbances
and promote balanced emotions, clear minds and better
concentration skills.

Kids Boot Camp begins with a quick warm up followed by a
demonstration of exercises & games by the instructor before
the workout begins. A typical workout may include jump rope
, sprinting, agility training, pushups ,sit ups , ball
tossing, partner pulling, pad punching & kicking finishing
with a game or an obstacle course to be done on time,
followed by cool down & stretch. The stretching part will
include nutrition & proper exercise form trivia questions.
Kids will love boot camp because it’s fun, parents will
really appreciate the physical & mental results on their
kids.
- 50 minutes of riding through the
tunes they like from hip hop to pop to rock and finishing
with 10 minutes of abdominal work. Weather they’re into
sports or they’re just trying to get fit they will notice a
greater level of stamina and endurance.
-The participant will learn the most
complete system of asanas (yoga poses) benefiting far more
from just than the physical body. The asanas emphasize deep
breathing, relaxed movement, and mental concentration.
- a muscle building class
covering all major muscle groups focusing on form &
technique. One of the most common problems among young is
injuries caused by lifting weights too heavy or with a bad
form. Kids will learn to train smarter rather than harder to
get the best result for the time invested. This class is a
solid fitness foundation to take your training to the next
level.

This workout is for youth looking to get fit & build muscle
tone & athletes wanting to get stronger for their sports.
The workout is different every time, it could include
station to rotate through, partner exercises or team
challenges. Exercise examples are squats, lunges, sit ups,
pull ups, compound exercises & cardiovascular drills…
Boot camp increase self-confidence, consistency teaches
exercising as a way of life.
I believe making fitness a part of your
every day life is essential in obtaining physical and mental
healthy well being. I love teaching people to be active, to
get results and have fun while doing it. Fitness should be a
way of life and not another thing on your to do list.
